Regular visitors of The Stink know that we’re staunch defenders of the freedom of speech. Free and creative expression is the backbone of our American democracy.
Unfortunately the very people who should defend those rights for us are often too busy sending writing cease and desist letters from the comfort of their air conditioned offices, their sweaty stench-filled fat asses cooled by us, the taxpayers.
The Stink tends to avoid being political in most cases, however the actions of one particular individual has led to a sharp decline in the quality and frequency of posts on our sites.
We’ll devote time this summer to examining the chilling effects of those who’d have us hung for trying to lighten up the traffic filled days of our fellow Hawaii residents.
