Was she informed of a family tragedy minutes before airtime? Was the newsroom filled with massive amounts of pollen? Do we blame Claus?

I believe she was sick. On another prying issue, is Diane appropriately dressed as an anchor? Seems the clothing is too tight at times. OK, all the time.

She looked like she had a head cold. Why do managers force them to go in when they’re sick?

“Too tight?” You’re kidding, right? That’s like “too rich” or “too happy” - an impossibility.
Diane is the most beautiful woman on TV, and one of the brightest too. Cut her some slack.
