1. If you don’t have it on your computer yet, download iTunes and Quicktime 7.0.3 (very important), then setup an account at the store.
2. Purchase an episode of LOST for 2 bucks and wait for the download to end.
3. There is no step three.

So long as you’ve got iTunes 6 and Quicktime 7.0.3 installed it should play on your Windows PC.
