We’re usually keeping an eye on the stars here at The Stink. Stars on the beach though, not in the skies.
But the folks at Astronomy Picture of the Day have offered this sighting of a bright object over the Hawaiian skies. It doesn’t appear on any satellite tracks and some suspect it could be a weather balloon or a French spy eye.
On the other hand it could be UH Football coach June Jones’ ego flying high again.
