We’re not entirely sure since there wasn’t really any description given to us with the photo.
The Stink’s best guess: It’s probably ABC executives checking up on the production, or maybe some of the local extras and crew. Maybe a combination. Could be the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for all we know, but we’re confident that this was taken on the set of Lost.
If not, someone at the FAA is going to get his ass canned.
